Policies
Cancellation Policy: Cue Fitness & Pilates operates on a scheduled hourly appointment basis for personal training and Pilates sessions. To cancel an appointment, you must provide more than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the full session fee will be charged. In such cases, you may either allow a friend to take your place (provided they have completed all required health questionnaires and liability waivers) or choose to focus that session time on future services. Scheduling and Rescheduling: You must schedule and reschedule all personal training or Pilates sessions through the designated third-party scheduling platform once Cue Fitness & Pilates transitions to such a system. Refunds: All packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request, provided that individual has completed all necessary health questionnaires and liability waivers. Liability: By purchasing any Cue Fitness & Pilates package, clients agree to complete any required forms, including a health questionnaire and liability waiver, prior to starting their sessions. These terms ensure a smooth and professional experience for both trainers and clients at Cue Fitness & Pilates.
